Synopsis

When Dr. Frederick Frankenstein (that’s “Fronkensteen”) inherits his infamous grandfather’s estate in Transylvania, he wants nothing to do with the family business of reanimating the dead. But with a creepy castle, a singing and dancing hunchback named Igor, and a beautiful lab assistant who’s always game for a good brain transplant, Frederick soon finds himself knee-deep in the family tradition of bringing monsters to life.
Featuring toe-tapping numbers like “The Transylvania Mania,” “Puttin’ on the Ritz,” and “He Vas My Boyfriend,” Young Frankenstein is a zany, irreverent, and outrageous send-up of the classic horror tale.
