CAUTION: Ticket Reseller Offers

Aramenta Sobchak • February 28, 2023
Recently there have been posts entered on Facebook offering to resell Drury Lane Theatre tickets. These posts appear to originate from people who claim they are no longer able to attend a performance. These posts appear to originate from spammers and are most likely fraudulent.
Drury Lane Theatrical Productions would recommend that our patrons should avoid purchasing tickets from anyone other than the Drury Lane Box Office or the Drury Lane Online Tickets site. Most importantly avoid transactions offered through social media.
The Drury Lane Box office policy regarding returning tickets is very simple:
1. Tickets purchased from Drury Lane directly may be returned and exchanged for another performance of the same show provided that (a) this exchange is made at least 24 hours in advance of the date of the ticketed show and (b) that there are tickets available for the same show on another suitable date.
2. Drury Lane does not make refunds for any tickets unless the refund results from a show being cancelled by Drury Lane Theatre.
3. Tickets may also be exchanged – at any time – for a Gift Certificate with a value equal to the price originally paid for the exchanged tickets.
The options noted above must be negotiated directly with the Drury Lane Box Office team either by calling (905) 637-3979 and leaving a voice message or by sending an e-mail to:
boxoffice@drurylane.ca
Finally, the Box Office team will only deal with the original person who purchased the tickets which are being returned. They cannot deal with anyone else – even if those tickets were given to the other person by the original purchaser of the tickets.
Regards,
Drury Lane Box Office Team
