A very warm hello to all from Drury Lane Theatrical Productions Inc!
We are excited to announce our audition call for Music Hall 2021! Show dates run from February 5, 2021, to March 7 th , 2021.  Rehearsal dates will be 3 times per week this year: Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Sundays (Sunday evenings in November, then Sunday afternoons starting in December).  You must be available for all 3 days of week if cast in the show.  We welcome anyone interested in being a part of our 2021 Production of “Music Hall” to participate in this audition call.

We are thrilled to share that our creative team includes Stage Direction by Lauren Shepherd, Music Direction by Donna Dunn-Albert, and Choreography by Katharine Mines-Costa.

COVID 19 impact on show : As of this date, we are assuming that we will still have a number of restrictions in place during the run of this performance, including: 50 seat houses, with social distancing and masks required for patrons, no bar service, cast members wearing masks during rehearsal AND during performances. This year’s edition will be staged differently to ensure social distancing for the actors on stage!

DATE of Auditions:  November 7 th , between 12:30 and 5:00 p.m., being held In person, at The Loft. Email either of the producers to book your time.  We are running on 14-minute intervals (e.g. 12:30 to 12:44, 12:45 to 12:49, 1:00 to 1:14, etc.)  Further details are on the Audition Call notice. 

  IF you are unable to attend in person on this date, but you still wish to audition, you may send a video audition to the producers by 12 NOON on November 6 th . Contact the producers for further information about the process.

August 2, 2025 The Nominating Committee has been set: Members: Michael Belton, Rick MacKenzie The Nominating Committee is responsible for preparing a slate of proposed directors to be presented to the membership at the Drury Lane Annual General Meeting, ensuring at least one Drury Lane Member is willing to stand for each Board position up for election that year. Please ensure your membership is up-to-date. The positions up for election this year are: Vice-President (two-year term) — Incumbent: Rick MacKenzie, seeking re-election Secretary (one-year term) - filling a vacancy Treasurer (two-year term) — Incumbent: Joanne Warren, seeking re-election Artistic Director (two-year term) — Incumbent: Carol MacKenzie, willing to stand for re-election only if no other candidates run. Director at Large (two-year term) — Incumbent: Carrie Mines, seeking re-election Director at Large (two-year term) — Incumbent: Jennifer McLennan, seeking re-election. Now it’s time to gather nominations — and this is where you, our members, come in. Drury Lane has had a wonderfully successful 2024/25 season and it’s time to celebrate!! Please join us for our Awards Night to honour everyone involved in this year’s productions. Our theme is “Old Hollywood” so dust off your fancy duds and party with us. We will be serving tasty hors d’oeuvres and fancy cocktails(at a fabulous price) representing each of the shows. Dessert and coffee will be enjoyed during the show. Entertainment will be of the highest calibre of course. Our MC Paul D’Amario will be quizzing us with show trivia too!
